A candle attracts attention because of its steady, shining spark. But there are some people who are even more captivated beyond the usual flickering light of a candle. They find it as a collector’s item. They are not just satisfied with one style, but rather they love to collect enormous designs. That is the reason why handmade candles are increasingly growing in the industry in order to accommodate the demands of candle lovers. Furthermore, some people are addicted to its various scents. It is difficult to fathom how a tiny gleaming object changes the mood and ambience of the surroundings. It can turn a stressful day into a relaxing, lavishing, and enchanting moment.

There are several colors of candles that positively affect the mood and ambience. For instance, a pink color is often linked to friendship and femininity. It denotes romance, love, and fostering relationships. When you light up a pink candle inside your home especially during special gatherings, it creates an atmosphere of fondness and friendship. It can also overcome depression, anxiety, and heart diseases. A white candle signifies purity, innocence, truth, peace, protection, clarity of vision, meditation, healing, and a new beginning. A yellow candle, on the other hand, represents happiness, harmony, charm, creativity, clairvoyance, communication, mind, intellect, learning, will power. It also pacifies anxiety and stress, and it stimulates the nervous system as well. There are still numerous shades of candles with special connotation that somehow influence our senses.

Candles also grace special occasions like birthdays, Christmas, weddings, and many others. For birthdays, candles are blown after making a wish. During Christmas Eve, it is customary for some races and culture to light a candle which symbolizes the image of Jesus Christ as the Light of the World. It also stands for His purity and His saving grace. Other people light up a single candle with a belief that the flame symbolizes His divine nature, while the candle itself stands for His carnal nature. Some would use two candles to represent both His divine and carnal nature, and three candles to represent the Trinity. Generally speaking, candles are used during Christmas time to welcome the Christ into the world. Moreover, candles are lighted up during wedding ceremonies to represent the union of couple. They would usually hold separate candles which represent their individual lives, and then light up the unity candle using the ones they are holding to symbolize their lives together. Then they would blow their candles as a sign of ending their individual lives and starting a new life together.

It has also been a trend today to give a candle to somebody close to one’s heart as an elegant gift. Many homes are also decorated with various kinds of candles, especially the scented ones because of the fascinating aroma that they give off. It is indeed a mystery how a candle changes the atmosphere by its little spark. It is a prevailing style that will never stay out of fashion.

Wall candle holders lit the medieval castles for centuries. Its main function was for illumination and has revolved for rituals, religion and decorative purposes.

The consumer has many options. They can hold one or more candles and come in an assortment of shapes and sizes. A positive aspect is they keep counters and tables free of clutter. It is also out of reach for your pets and children.

When hanging a wall candle holder allow enough space for surrounding art work, curtains and drapes. Always include in your measurement the height of the candle. You should use a wall anchor to make certain it is secured to the wall. You should also use hardware that is made specifically for heavy objects. Last, melt a little bit of the wax in the holder. This will help keep the candle firmly in place.

The wall candle holder looks great with or without candlelight.   It adds a touch of elegance, romance, casualness and it exhumes a subtle warmth and drama when lit.
