Having some difficulty nightmare.?

Hey people Yahoo! I had trouble with some bad dreams lately. Its been the same thing again and again. Im in a house and Whenever I look at the mirror, an ugly little girl similar to that in the exorcist in there (lol kinda weird) and she continues or frightened for my children (parent, hearing your child scream for fear sucks doesn't it). So I stick sage incesnce, candles, and rosemary. Can I use these tips to help me? if so how? thanx And yes, I'm serious, so if I see any comment about rude or immature, I will report you googly thats good advice, thank you, But Im a little a pessimistic (this sucks lol) and when I try Thnking her away, she comes back somehow, without me trying to bring her back. Hey Chato. First, do you impress you at all? I ask, because there was an influx of films with influences such as children demonic (the ring, the grudge, the unborn child, etc, etc!) as their main scare factor. Fumigation by SAGE in white apparently removes the malicious (and I think the same kind) of liquor from other homes because the smell is apparently disgusting for them ... it smells good too for me either, lol! Personally, I never used sage as it once and, although very effective in this case (my youngest son was "harassed" by something I could not explain rationally), it was only the once, so I do not have the benefit of the experience for you whether it is really effective or not. As for using it to avoid any possible invasion by an entity dream ... I could only guess and not very useful for you. There are techniques available to help with lucid dreaming. Maybe try to Google it? Lucid dreaming (if you're not aware) is to be aware of your being in a dream. With this awareness, we are then able to take control of their dream to some measure. A good technique to determine what you dream about, a particular night in bed before falling asleep, think very briefly the thing you want to dream, then forget completely. The important thing is to stop your conscious mind to think more. It is difficult to do! If you think only once, after the initial idea, you stop thinking become embedded in your subconscious because it is transferred to your conscience, insisting on it. Thus, it will not work. A good way to forget what you think is laughter, believe it or not. So if you can immediately find something to really give you a real laugh after giving the idea of what you dream in your head, that should do the trick. I suggest this, so you can either use it to dream of something different for a change, or maybe even think a scenario where the girl goes for good. All the best. I have Aura Cacia's 100% Essential Oil Chamomile .. He says you can add a few drops of your air conditioner or something ... Has anyone ever made that? What does it do to your hair? I tried to find it online but no luck.

I've never tried but I read that you can do. No harm done with your hair. just a pretty scent.
