This candle burns well. I like using the soy product. It is stronger smelling then I like. I wish it were a little stronger on the lemon verbena. I bought six for gifts and I hesitate to give them.

I agree with the others, such as lavender scent does not smell like real lavender. However, it is my favorite perfume ever! I think it smells wonderful and I bought Meyers lavender products for a few years. Fresh and not too sweet. Funny how we are all so different odor preferences. The only thing I dislike is that the wick is burning down and I've built all these soy wax on the sides. When I started to become heavily on my gas stove top, until it melts. When I shut it off and let cool the wax. The smell goes on for hours. The candles last forever! I think I was not here in two years (you burn it every day, of course).

I am aware that this is totally a matter of personal taste, but I must say that everyone in our family dislikes the light version of lemon verbena. First, we have not even smell. It's cloyingly sweet, and not as citrusy as we had hoped. I know, "Lemon verbena is not" "Lemon". . . but still. The fragrance is very light compared to other perfumes that we buy. Secondly, the lights are pretty bad wicks. The wick is thick and "sticky" – ie, they produce enormous quantities of burnt lint, which determine, then the wax of the candle. They seem to be only cheap wicks. And after a while they are reluctant to light. Well, of course, there is a large and light in his own bottle with a screw on the lid. But it ends, at least for us. My suggestion is to find a local source for these, try one or two look and what you are before a case of six, which we think is not stupid to win. You may find that you like, you can not. We will use them, but we look forward to the last full then we can take a bit more pleasant-smelling candles and wicks better, with subtle flavors.

I bought a case of these clean smelling candles. They are great! The lavendar smells awful, though.

These candles do not smell like lavender AT ALL, they just smell perfume-y. I’ve been happy with other MM products, but these were really disappointing.
